En collaboration avec la Région Hauts-de-France, la chaîne régionale WÉO TV lance cet appel à projets à destination des producteurs. Il a pour objectif de valoriser la production d’œuvres audiovisuelles documentaires de rayonnement national, documentaires de proximité et web documentaires.
Les projets proposés doivent s’inscrire dans ces trois univers éditoriaux : la reconnexion sociale, les phénomènes de transition (social, économique, climatique, écologique…) et le rire.
Trois comités de sélection se réunissent par an. En 2021, ce dispositif a permis de lancer la production de 20 documentaires.
